Simple, modern and elegant, the tower is conceived from a narrow terrain that communicates two different urban environments at the heart of the corporate corridor on Insurgentes.
On one hand, the massive office buildings and on the other hand, a residential neighborhood. The tower responds to both contexts, distributing the bigger portion of square meters into Insurgentes, substantially lowering its volumetry on Kansas street.
The tower resolves the narrow proportion of the terrain with a large side core, preventing a fragmentation of the building and providing a considerable amount of natural light. At a ground floor level, the same strategy creates a wide lobby with commercial spaces and gardens that communicate Insurgentes to the residential area.
