The purpose of the project being to develop the master plan and the architectural design of tower 3 and tower 4 of Be Grand Alto Polanco by reducing to the greatest extent the scale and visual impact to achieve a better integration with the urban context.

At the request of the client to accomplish a building with an innovative architecture, which will deliver economic returns without sacrificing design and quality of the building. Take advantage of the maximum land potential based on the constraints to create the smartest and most efficient solution.

The coordination of MEP vertical risers and the required transfers due to floor plans variations in terms of typologies and uses through the different levels of the towers. The design and architectural intent of the building is not limited by technical requirements. The building has been built with excellent quality, in terms of structure, services and applied finishes. Every detail and assembly have been carefully resolved and built.

The design and layout of the towers was inspired on the modern urban planning by placing them within a vast green area enabling not only a better quality of life for residents but also it contributes to the creation of a better society.

The goal for Be Grand Alto Polanco is to update the master plan of the next phases (second and third) by completing the program with the 4 remaining towers with a maximum of 35 levels; two of them keep their residences for sale, while the last two will be leased as office - hotel and residential-hotel, according to the following chart.
