At the city’s heart rises a residential building that embraces natural light across its eleven stories and ground floor. The building’s footprint is defined by a division into two distinct volumes, a configuration that allows for two apartments per level within each body. Nestled between these two volumes is a landscaped garden, integrated as a core element of the communal areas.

The façades are clad in glass and aluminum, elegantly reflecting the surrounding urban fabric.
